We ordered on-line some wine and champagne for Christmas. As the order was over £250 we qualified for a free crossing. We were asked to give two preferred times for the outbound and the return crossing times. These were confirmed in an email within the hour. When we arrived our order was ready for us on a trolley so all we had to do was pay and load.
Excellent fast and efficient service, with some real bargains, we will definitely be going again.
