Overall I was very pleased with the canvases I received and they were delivered with no problems. I did have a tiny bit of trouble on the site where the canvas descriptions were landscape but the measurements indicated that they were portrait. I had to email the website directly to get this sorted as I was spending quite a bit of money and wanted to ensure the canvases were the right sizes. The email I received back didn't acknowledge that the sizing was somewhat ambiguous which I thought let the customer service down a tiny bit. So, slightly confusing on that front but all sorted in the end!
