I am very disappointed with the returns service from this company. I made an order and when the item arrived it was different from the original item on the website (ie colour was not as bold and canvas had been cropped more). I have been told that I need to prove that the picture is different from the original with photos and I need to explain in detail why I feel it is different. I feel that I need to jump through hoops just to get a refund and also I will be out of pocket as they will not refund me the post and packaging fees (even though the item I received differs from the original on the website). Probably I will never use this company again and never recommend this company because the customer will always be out of pocket as delivery fees are non refundable. I paid £12 for delivery and I will not be reimbursed for this cost.
