The canvas is well made and looks very nice. The delivery service was hopeless - I chose the option to pick the parcel up from a collection point as I was going to be out on the day of delivery, and DPD acknowledged this instruction. I then received an e-mail on the morning of delivery advising they could not send it to their collection point but had to deliver it to my home. I quickly made some arrangements and advised DPD who could receive it on my behalf, only to find when I got home another e-mail telling me it had been delivered to the collection point as per my instructions. The person who stayed in for me was not amused - nor was I as I had passed the collection point on my way home! Chaos.
