Upon receiving my Car Mats I immediately went to place them in my car and found they did not fit. After looking at the attached pictogram that came with the mats it was clear that the mats were not cut to the same spec. I could only get the bottom of the mats onto one post. I immediately emailed Customer Services explaining the issue and sending a photo of the passenger mat and the pictogram to show the difference, I got a response asking for my Car Reg so they could check with the warehouse. On Wednesday 15th August I sent another email asking if they had a response from the warehouse and received no response, I emailed again yesterday 21st August and have still not received a response so I am sending the mats back by courier at my own expense. I am quite frankly a very dissatisfied and would not recommend this company. It is very frustrating not to be able to contact the Customer Services Dept by telephone and having to rely on email.
