Withy King offered a very good service throughout the process of the case. They communicated regularly and were very supportive. If I have one point that I feel could be improved upon it would be that they should be more aggressive when they are seeking compensation, and should not refer to previous cases and payments, but pitch for a higher amount. There is always room for negotiation, whereas, if the pitch is too low for compensation, then it might mean an easy result but there is always the case where a higher pitch for compensation would have generated a better result.
