We went with family members and this time really wasn't impressed with service, and food. Fist of all went to bar to oder drink while waiting for other family members to arrive, there was only 1 bar person serving, after paying for drinks was told the sparkling water I ordered they didn't have a smaller bottle, however we said we will order the replacement drink at the table with our meals, so this was arranged. However when we orderd drinks it arrived with straws that were too small for the glass! , the food arrived and burgers were not hot enough, asked for chilli sauce. In the bottle there were literally 2 drops!! Asked for another bottle, it never arrived until we asked for it again. After the meal we ordered deserts to share. While 2 of us finished the waitress came over and waited while the other 2 of the guests were still finishing theirs!!!!. I found this so rude. The whole experience was disgusting and no apologies from anyone it was only 8.45 pm it wasn't even time to close or people waiting to be seated. I would certainly think twice before coming here again.
