I am giving such a low rating as I had a very bad experience with the mail carrier UK Mail, which was used to deliver my order. It took four attempts before a delivery vehicle came to my home, although UK Mail claimed to have attempted delivery on the first occasion but left no note. I was at home waiting for the parcel and three other people were in the house. In addition the front door was wide open. On the next two occasions I was given no explanation as to why no delivery was made and I was unable to contact UK Mail and speak to an operator, although I tried many times. I would not make any future purchases from a company that used UK Mail. However, the staff I spoke to at The Decorating Store were invariably polite, helpful and apologetic. I was told that the delivery charge would be refunded to my account. The parcel arrived well wrapped and in good condition.
