The reason for not Very Good is simply that I have yet to have a complete set of requirements fully fulfilled. There is always a couple of items or more where they are not in stock particularly the bulk pack buys. When I am considering a project I often have to buy a number of rollers and paint brushes for three people so that we all give the right finishes etc, so buying singularly reduces my profit overall ! Good to see that City Link do not appear to be your preferred carrier, the past two deliveries by Parcel Force have been perfect ( condition of contents in the packages ), so they obviously have their act together when it comes to handling the goods during transit. Please do not revert back to City Link . Adding freebies is a good idea, and perhaps a bundle of masking tape or sandpaper etc for every £100 spent would not go amiss, or for example, given my preference for Wooster Products, just a random product from their range to try or to pass onto a customer would be useful.
