Ordering process was very easy and delivery was pretty quick. ordered on 16/03 and delivered on 19/03 so can't fault that. Also got free delivery as spent over £50. Best price I could find as well. One thing I would say is do make sure that you test a small area first before using the coloured varnish. It does make this clear on the tin. I used light oak and it has dried with more of an antique pine finish. I had already started using mine and had 5 litres so was not sure of returning at that stage. My fault for not testing but I went by the colour swatch on the tin and the fact that it should get darker with each coat. l have emailed Rustins separately about the colour and will now have to order the dark oak to tone the colour down. It would be really useful if tester pots of the product were available.
