Not sure I can do 'quick'. I had a decorator working here who was using a Pelican paint pail. He said they were no longer available. I Googled it and found the amazing Decorating Store. I ordered two for a present for my decorator and tried to order some liners but they were out of stock. I rang your number and some brilliant man found my internet order, found me the last packet of liners for the pail, took the money for the liners over the phone, put my order together and I RECEIVED THE PARCEL THE NEXT DAY! Now. How on earth could you receive better service than that? My decorator was hugely touched when I presented him with his gift. ACE customer service from you and I almost wish I were a (rich man) decorator so I could use you all the time but I have passed your details to my decorator and no doubt he will be in touch.
