Amazing customer service! Colin and the team gave me some fantastic advice regarding bark collars for my particularly vocal Border Collie. Bonnie's bark is so loud and so piercing that it was causing me incredible stress and frustration and I just hadn't been able to resolve it myself. The Dog Line were able to suggest the right product for me, helped me with a replacement part for a previous order and couriered it to my house SO quickly. Literally the first day of wearing the collar all of Bonnie's barking has stopped and I can now relax knowing I'm not upsetting the neighbours anymore, and I can now better appreciate her for the wonderful dog that she is.
