We had a situation where a neighbour let our puppy out of our yard due to his barking. We were lucky my camera alerted me to this behavior and I called a neighbour to collect him before he made it to an extremely busy road nearby. Obviously we were concerned that this neighbour would do this again (or worse), so we bought a PetSafe Rechargeable Bark Collar. It worked instantly and his barking is no longer an issue. RSPCA is investigating the neighbour and are pursuing charges. I cannot recommend this product more highly.
