I left a message online, briefly outlining my problem. The call back I received was really helpful. I was able to talk through my specific barking problem (very loud and constant barking by 1 of my 4 dogs in the car) and we were able to work out the best solution that wouldn’t effect the other dogs while helping ‘barker’ to quieten down. In the end the static collar we decided on worked really quickly, it only took one short car trip and he stopped. Obviously, every now and then he lets out an excited bark but a single bark of joy is fine… I just couldn’t drive safely with constant hysterical barking.
