I received my product in good time and the service was good. The second collar came without the longer prongs and they shipped out a set in quick time highly appreciated that they went above and beyond to help me out with that situation. The wall charger gave out after only one use which shouldn't happen from a new product, now using my iPhone wall charger with the supplied charging cables from e-collar. I think the manufacturer should address this issue for Australian customers.
