Ordered an expensive barking collar from TheDogLine and it had never arrived and even have the tracking from AusPost to approve of this. Been stuffed around so much by this company, they have told me about 5 times probably even more about then giving me a refund and it has never ever happened and it’s been about a month. They’ve told
me that they have opened a investigation with AusPost and if they don’t get a response from them by 8th of may they will refund me. It’s now 14th of May and they still refuse to give me a refund and i keep getting stuffed around
