Once I had placed our order, I received a phone call from The Dog Line to confirm some details where I found them very helpful in ensuring we had chosen all of the right options for our needs. Delivery was very quick. We've had great results with our two border collies. The thing I like the most about these collars is that they don't give a 'correction' the moment the dog makes a noise, they are still allowed to be dogs and warn us about 'intruders' by barking once or twice, which is then followed by a beep sound from the device. For our girls, the beep sound is enough to stop the barking and keep the peace and most importantly, keep the neighbours off our back. I have recommended The Dog Line to a friend too.
