Colin and his team have been extremely helpful and communication has been great. I was concerned about a few things and Colin put my mind at ease. We purchased a product on a rental trial which we didn't need in the end (nuisance barking stopped after new dog settled in with a new routine and lots of exercise). The team have been very helpful with assisting me to use the refundable deposit on the rental to put towards a purchase of an invisible fence kit for another family member to use with an excitable dog who keeps getting out of the yard. I'll update once I receive this item but I'm sure it will work great. I'd like to thank the team for being patient with my many emails and questions and for genuinely wanting to help us dog lovers who are having issues with their fur babies, it can be a really stressful and draining time and they have made it much easier.
