Colin from The Dog Line was very helpful when first contacted. He spent time to talk through the issues we were experiencing with our dog and recommended the appropriate collar. He was not pushy, just informative. Our dog Ned, a 1 year old kelpie, would not listen and would immediately when let out of his yard, chase the sheep, he is a big strong dog and would just not listen. Soon as we put the collar on, with just two buzzes, Ned now will instantly came when called, he is controllable around the sheep and now trainable. He is now able to be a dog and be part of our family.
