I ordered the PetSafe Elite Little Dog Bark Collar from The Dog Line. I cannot fault their service, everything went very smoothly and they reply to messages really quickly, very happy. I wish I could say the same about the product itself. Unfortunately it didn't change my small dogs barking behaviour as it hardly ever corrects, no matter how we fit it, fitted as advised in the manual, tighter, looser, higher, lower, clipped into his hair etc. I almost got the feeling it only corrected at his very loudest bark which was about 10 times in total in over a month and I knew it was correcting because he'd yelp. Unfortunately we'll have to keep looking at other solutions.
