Easy to use and very effective. Have started out with the rental option but we have decided to keep it as it worked on our other dog. Used the collar about 8 times and it has not only stopped the barking but settled her down. She used to bark at shadows. We now have both dogs at a stage where we really only have to show it to them and they settle. Great product, great service and reasonably priced.
