We live on a corner block and our 2 yo Lagotto has always barked very loudly, aggressively and at length when people walk past our house or ring the doorbell. It's been getting worse as more people are out exercising during lockdown. We have been trying to teach him not to bark for some time - trying to calm him, saying "no", plus we'd bought a citronella bark collar - but nothing worked. I called the Dog Line, got excellent advice on which bark collar to buy for my dog and they made sure it was in the post that day. It's been amazing! It made a difference from Day 1 - straight away it reduced his barking to a couple of barks and now a week later all we get are a couple of soft barks, or no barking at all! The household is less stressed (we can actually hear people on work phone calls!), he seems calmer and better behaved in general, and the neighbours are much happier.
