The web site was very easy to navigate, details of all forms of collars was well documented and I received the collar the next day in the post, amazing... I sent an email asking about two collars I was looking at for a Labrador X Australian Kelpie ( Max, Mad Max) that would bark and bark and become so focused on my Pony at two particular times of the day; when I fed my pony, that it was becoming really really annoying. My Pony (Morris, the Mighty Morris Minor) thought it was a great game and and a many occasions ran off with tuffs of Max's coat in this mouth and on occasions would get Max up against certain parts of the paddock fencing and give Max what for. Max would only shut up and leave Morris alone when he had rounded up Morris into his yard. During these times Max was so focused on Morris that I could not get Max's attention, even the electric bark collar wouldn't deter him from barking and herding. For the first couple of days, Max had a few shakes of the head after a bout of barking and then he just barked through it and believe me, the bark collar does bite as a couple of times the collar has bitten me on the leg. The dog line did recommend the electric barking collar, little did we know how fanatical Max is. I am still persisting with Max's training and the collar. Apart from the Max and Morris issue, he is a great dog and very easy to train, I do understand that it is in Max's genetic make up to herd things. Hope the picture of the three of us, The Mighty Morris Minor, The Mistress - the entertainment officer and Mad Max downloaded - regards Sharon
