The entire process has been great! Once I submitted my work order, received a call the next day to advise I hadn't completed a step. Received notification once they received my parts, received notification via email once they did their troubleshooting steps, and received their feedback and recommendations. Then once I completed the last step my parts were processed to ship the same day back to me. Couldn't have been a better or smoother process with this transaction. So happy The ECU pro exists to do this work on ecu and computer and key components instead of having to trailer a dead BMW to the dealership.
