We contacted this company and they were always clear to us from the beginning...if they couldn't fix the computer we sent them, they would send it back to us, and that was the case.
We decided to buy the clone they offered us and we are in the process of installing it.
So far, they've kept their word on everything they promised...we just need to install the new part and we'll let you know how it goes!
