ECU Pro was communicative regarding my BMW 454i ECU. Mine needed replacement, ECU Pro also returned the original non-repairable unit. They shipped the parts to me using FedEx two-day, bubble-wrapped in a box. I will use ECU Pro in the future when I need ECU testing, repair, or replacement.
