Spoke to rep on phone first to make sure they still worked on module from my car since it was a 2006. They did and guided me through the online form to pick correct options. Fast and efficient service once they received. Really liked that they sent me video of my module working in another vehicle to test it out before sending it back. My module did not end up needing repair, so they adjusted pricing to diagnostic only which saved me a bit. It was helpful to know that it was not the source of my cars issues. Would definitely recommend to others and use again.
