First and foremost, the website is very easy to navigate. I still had to call because I had additional questions: to which they were answered. Both employees that I spoke to were very knowledgeable and took their time answering my questions. The time is as stated, and they worked within that timeline. Also, they communicate updates as they happen. I knew when my part arrived to them and when it was repaired (to include exactly what was wrong & what they did to fix it). You are fully informed about the progress. Let’s talk pricing: it is definitely priced just right. Buying a new part was not in the cards at this time, so “The ECU Pro” came through exactly when needed. I will definitely be recommending this to my friends who are mechanics struggling to get ECU’s for their customers vehicles
