I had a mostly good experience with ECU Pro. I would definitely use their service again, but only if I had no time constraint. I was expecting around a week turn around, but it was more like two weeks. In addition to this, it was kind of hard to reach them at times, and I wish & would have received more consistent updates. In the end though, my EWS is fixed and my car starts every time, which makes my life so much easier.
