Excellent process and service starting from the web page where you identify the problems you are having and why you suspect the CAS. Any trouble codes you may have identified can also be provided to assist in their diagnosis and repair. The other excellent aspect is that you also send them your ECU and Key Fob so they can ensure the repaired CAS works with your ECU and key. The best part is they actually install your equipment it into a test car and send you a video of it operating! There was great communication through the process. They confirmed receipt of the equipment with the first email. They then followed up with another message indicating the issues discovered and the repair and finally the video. I installed the repaired CAS and reinstalled my ECU. My mini started on the first push of the start button. I highly recommend these guys!
