Very professional service and technical expertise. After my CAS showed symptoms of being defective, ECU PRO was able to get me back on the road by repairing my CAS in a timely manner. After asking a couple questions, they took the time to explain why my CAS might have gone defective and what to look out for to keep me from chasing unnecessary costs by spending extra money at a dealership or spending more than double of what I paid on a previous repair that didn’t last. They will tell you if it’s repairable or if it needs to be replaced and actually not try to upsell you to get the more expensive replacement from them unless it truly cannot be repaired.
