My 2010 X5 had all the symptoms of a failed FRM. No tail lights, interior lights, power windows, turn signals, side marker lights. Sent FRM to ECU Pros. Received promp notifications for them receiving my FRM. Diagnosis of FRM was performed immediately and I was notified of results within 48 hours. My FRM was shipped back to me with notification for me to watch for it. In this scenario, my FRM tested good on the bench and in an ECU Pro test car. While my part was being tested I exchanged a 11 year old battery out of my car. When I re-installed my FRM all functions worked again. While I now believe my issue was inconsistent voltage due to an old battery, ECU Pro's service and communication was first rate.
