ECU PRO was simple to use easy to navigate, responsive and quick. I sent my unit in for a diagnostic and was told that it was not repairable. ECU took the refurbished unit and made it plug and play, videoed it functioning in a donor car then sent it back. I plugged it in and everything worked as advertised.
