I cannot say enough good things about The Farmer’s Dog. My dog absolutely loved their food—his mouth would start watering the moment I pulled it out of the refrigerator! Beyond the high-quality meals, their customer service was truly exceptional. Anytime I had a concern, they went out of their way to resolve it. Sadly, my beloved dog, Bentley, crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly. I had an order already on the way, so I called to let them know the situation. Without hesitation, they immediately refunded my money and asked me to donate the food to a shelter in Bentley’s name—a gesture that deeply touched my heart. But they didn’t stop there. A few days later, I received a heartfelt letter of sympathy, followed by a card and a beautiful plant expressing their condolences. It brought tears to my eyes. I’m not sure when I’ll be ready to welcome another dog into my life, but I do know that when that time comes, they will be enjoying meals from The Farmer’s Dog. Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and for going above and beyond—it truly meant the world to me.
