We are emailing basically to tell you how impressed we are with the service provided to us, your business model and approach to customer service is great ,and we have for a long time wondered why it was so hard to find a firm who could actually help us to navigate through the world of tax ,on a basis that someone not of your level of expertise can understand. Not only that, the professional yet personal approach works ,as we feel we are talking to a human and feel comfortable asking the questions we have in order to sort our tax affairs, with less of the jargon.
