We went to The Furniture Warehouse to purchase new living room furniture because we had purchased bedroom furniture and were very happy with it. Buying the living room furniture was a HUGE mistake. It has not even been a year yet and the couch has had issues from day one. Instead of them trying to keep a customer happy and to possibly return again in the future by replacing the couch, they chose to "send out a repair man to repair it" which we had to wait over two weeks for the repair on one side of the couch. The repairman said that he felt the whole couch on both ends was defective and that it should just be replaced since it was only 8 months old. They could care less. Their "Customer Service" department is not customer friendly at all either. I would steer clear of them or at least shop around before purchasing from them and we will DEFINITELY not be shopping there for anything else in the future. What we purchased is definitely NOT good quality at all and should definitely not be falling apart before it's a year old even!
