Went in to buy a love seat to match our couch because the cushions on loveseat turned a black color from dye from pants I suppose. The sales associate offered to get us cushions for the loveseat so we were thrilled with that and ordered them and paid for them. This was in June. We were told it would be a couple of weeks. We just received the cushions today and it is October 3.. Went to the store a few times and was told well I did you a favor and when they come in, I’ll call you. no one would track the cushions. No one would find out where they were so eventually in September we went to the store talk to the store manager, who was very nice and said we could deal with him from now on and he ordered them for us and we got them today. . we furnished our house from this location when we first moved to Venice and we were happy with everything and the treatment we got when we inquired about the cushions or went to the store to find out if anybody could find out where they were really really bad so we had to go to the store manager and thank God we did because he sobbed the problem but in the meantime, we are not going back there and my brother just moved here and he will not be going there and he has a whole house of furniture to purchase, so I don’t know if they have new people since we bought everything four years ago, but this experience was horrifying. Sales associate should never tell a customer I did you a favor, that is your job and I’ve been in customer service for 30 years and if I ever treated a customer that way I would have been fired.
