We are very pleased with our experience at Furniture Warehouse in Port Charlotte. Being in a successful retail business for 30 years up North we know what customers expect when it comes to service. We purchased a motorized sofa and loveseat. Our salesperson, Ann-Marie greeted us at the door and directed us towards what we were interested in. She was very knowledgeable and nice and gave us a chance to look around. When we were ready she checked availability on a couple of sets. The prices were better there than at other stores. The checkout process was quick and easy. We purchased on Sunday and had our furniture delivered on the following Wednesday. We choose contactless delivery. They gave us a 4 hour window and called 30 minutes before arriving and it was a smooth process. We would highly recommend Furniture Warehouse in Port Charlotte and will be returning there soon to purchase accessories to go with our new sofa and loveseat.
