Customer service at its best! Furnishing a Florida house from out of state. Placed large order online for local delivery, nervously. The next morning I got a follow up personal phone call, not an email or text, from Joanne. She was very happy to help and coordinate delivery. A few days later Victoria called to follow up again, confirming delivery timing. Both calls were refreshing. They were genuinely nice people who cared about providing quality service. Not something I find that often. Made me anxious to get to Florida and visit their showroom and do even more furnishing! Thank you both!
