We paid for our order IN FULL in the amount of $1,700.91 (including shipping of $460.93) on August 9th. We were told that by paying IN FULL at that time (including the shipping), we were guaranteed that we would get the furniture as soon as it came in. We were advised that it would be in by the 2nd week of September. We were later informed that the store would have the pieces by October 9th and that I was "already on the shipping calendar." However, I didn't hear from them by that date and I had to reach back out to them. On October 19th, I received a voicemail due to an increase in shipping charges. In the voicemail, it was stated that the total shipping charges would be be $800. As far as a resolution, I asked that Furniture Warehouse eat the additional $300 or so in shipping and send our pieces immediately. We purchased these items from them was because we were assured that you would be able to get them to us by mid-September compared to other vendors. However, they now refuse to send us the furniture we paid for.
