I have ordered before and been pleased. I've got to admit on this occasion that although the service was still good, the product I ordered wasn't as I expected. I ordered Romance Notepad Folio which is pads and sticky notes. I ordered using the catalogue. The Folio description there does not give measurements. The picture showing the whole Romance range shows the Folio next to the tea towel giving the appearance of being approx 2/3 the size of the tea towel and that is what I assumed the size of the Folio to be. When it came it was much, much smaller although still beautiful. On receipt I Immediately checked on line and there WERE dimensions there clearly showing the proper size. But as I said I ordered from the catalogue and consider that to be misleading. So I was a bit disappointed this time. I will still use the company again but take more care.
