The first time I ordered from your website I was really impressed with how quickly my items arrived. I decided to treat myself again this month. The delivery was a little longer than last time. I was a little shocked to hear the postman nearly breaking our letter box whilst attempting to ram the parcel through in which I managed to stop him and collect myself. I had ordered two diffuser refills however only one arrived along with some reed sticks that are broke from being bashed about in the letterbox. I guessed you were low on stock however my invoice was for two and I had still been charged for two. I called customer care who were very helpful and said they would look in to it further as at first they were unable to locate my order and then saw I should only have one item. I explained that I had ordered and been charged for two but only received one and I advised the advisor of the date the payment was taken out of my account. I also emailed customer care as well to explain and to provide photos of what I had received. I work in customer care myself and I really wanted to thank the advisors who sorted this out for me. I received an email later that day apologising and explaining there had been a picking error and my second refill is on its way. Just waiting for the to arrive and then my review will be four stars! :)
