Adaptor does not fit as solidly as indicated in video talk, so needs care plugging in new plugs, prefarebly not changing much.
Your web purchase process did not mention delivery charges until last purchase step, so I accepted the extra £2.99, not wanting to waste more time starting with sites stating free delivery of same adaptor at beginning. Have no recollection whether their price was better or worse than your total, but I do no like the way you concealed your delivery charge until final purchase.
