Excellent service. I wanted to buy a Mason Pearson hairbrush for my wife but found other suppliers were either out of stock, probably because of extra demand for Christmas, or more expensive. When I phoned in the afternoon to be sure it was in stock the brush was put aside for me anticipating ordering online. It was dispatched that day and arrived two days later which, so close to Christmas, could not have been better. The guy who took my phone call was cheerful, helpful and reassuring. The package also had two samples of perfume included. How much better could you get..?
