I use Vichy - and so I shop at TGP for over 9 years now. That allows me always be able to restock on my favorite beauty products. I also appreciate TGP's seasonal emails informing me of their offers (usually 30% off). I stick to shopping with online when it comes to TGP's, due to the fact that I always get a good deal and products get delivered within a day ( I usually spend more that £50 in one go). With all that said, I would not recommend going to their store in person. My one and only visit to their store ended up in me almost crying after the sub-standard of customer service I received from one of the ladies working at their shop near Covent Garden. Wired but true!
