My order was placed for a product which was just launched in the UK very late Wednesday evening. I received a very apologetic e-mail first thing Thursday advising that it would take 1-2 days for the order to be fulfilled as Garden Pharmacy were waiting the product from the suppliers but no money would be debited from my account until the product had been dispatched. On the Friday I received an e-mail confirming that the item had been dispatched which I received today, Monday.
