EA first time user this week.I was extremely pleased with the service and courtesy shown.It was unfortunate that the item I had ordered was not in stock but a very prompt email informing me about this and a promise that the order would be honoured a.S.A.P.I thought that this would be the end of the matter and nothing more would be heard.True to it's word,my order followed very swiftly and a lovely complementary shampoo sachet along with a mini note enclosed.This king of service has all but disappeared with the onset of supermarkets.May you live long.I was very happy with such efficiency.Long may you continue to prosper.Thank you.
