Products were dispatched promptly and despite it being Easter weekend were with Royal Mail for delivery very quickly. This is where I feel let down - I had requested for the parcel to be left with neighbours if I wasn't at home when they tried to deliver. Instead I had to travel to my nearest Royal Mail depot and pay a parking fee to retrieve the parcel.
