The delivery service you are using to deliver in Portugal - FedEx - is just too bad to be true!
You should consider changing to another delivery company or just deliver your items through the traditional postal services.
I'm pretty unsatisfied with the delivery service you have right now. I didn't yet received the product I bought and it was shipped on the last 24th of April!
I've already called FedEx twice, today, in order to see where can I go to pick up my package. They were just unable to tell me if I can go there and pick it up. Simply ridiculous!!!
Adding to this, the tracking of the package - that we can access on the FedEx site - just states that it has been delivered on the 29th of April. Simply unbelievable!
