I tried to order 5 Clarins lipsticks online through Garden.co.uk. I knew these lipsticks had been discontinued but my order was accepted. I received a phone call from a very helpful person (name unknown) who explained the situation that they only had 1 left in stock and apologised profusely. He did go on to try to advise on alternative colours and his product knowledge was excellent. I decided just to order the one at that time. This arrived the following day along with a free gift of a body lotion. I was very impressed by this level of service and would like to commend the advisor on his excellent customer service. I will definitely order other products from them in the future.
